Ran out on the Great Western Trail today with the team. Went out to the 3 mile mark and turned back. It's about a half mile from where we started to the start of the trail. Today was very hot and humid during the run...I looked like I just got out of a pool. Wanted to take it easy a bit today because I went a little longer yesterday. Legs not really feeling the race or the 10...so that's good.
