Notes
Took yesterday off because I was sick the night before. A few years ago I would have ran, but I am trying really hard to listen to my body in terms of rest/sleep.
Good run today. Started off nice and easy and built into the run about half way in. Nice to run around the river and parts of Geneva that I have never been before. Always nice to run through Mt. Saint Mary's Park!
