I'm not sure if I like this "slowing down" thing with the shorter distances -- but I'll follow the training schedule (since both Hal and RW recommend this pace while building up distance).

Weight up - but that's not surprising since I've been eating like a little piglet for the last week or so (Italian pasta; wine; crackers/margarine!!!)
