Running a new 5K course at Central Park area, around past mom/dad and Broward/Cleary area (bored running around the neighborhood!)
Left knee feeling a little tweaky, but OK; right calf cramping up a little bit.
Kind of worried about running the Torch Run with PPD guys on the beach Thursday -- don't want to push too much and hurt myself; if they are running a 10:00 or 10:30 pace, I'll just walk it with Suzie!
