??? on my heart rate -- still need new battery in my heart rate monitor
Just feeling lethargic - pretty much through the entire run; rested and did nothing all day before run.
Had to stop in the bushes - that's a first in a long while - probably 'cause I was eating pretzels all last night and not eating really well all day. Also needed to bring water with me!
