Decent run - a little disappointing only because I wanted to do a lot better than Plantation run 6 weeks ago; but I'll take this pace/finish - especially in light of the fact that I did not have a lot of time to run in past 10 days because of Plantation PD homicide matter. Ran in long-sleeve running jersey (a little cool), with Week 9 of C25K program on iPod.
GIANNI did fantastic; 9:26 pace for 29:19 finish; how does he do it with no training!
