Notes
MIND: really wanted to run; emotionally, feeling tired/lethargic - but mentally very strong.
BODY: No Way; legs felt heavy; no energy. Dehydrated! Ran to 19th hole and round parking lot, to chapel and around it, back down to 19th Hole and stopped there; walked to Chalets, then did a short interval run; tried to run/walk home - but just dehydrated and itred; walked most of way. Wassup?
Knees OK; right hip (that's a first) felt achy during warmup walk.
