Return from Cozumel - first run. Returned to C25K, Week 8; ran with PodCast entire distance, 27:00 minutes, on Dasha Chalet course (in reverse); past house and to Mulligan's Bridge.
UPSET about weight gain -- 1.5 pounds in a day from yesterday? Stayed same while on vacation; metabolism really weird right now.
Run felt REALLY good; no pain on knees, hips. SWITCHED shoes back to Saucony Grid (formerly used for walking); because old running shoes had HOLES in the soles!
