Quick run around the block - feeling pretty strong; tried to increase pace a little - mini intervals (unofficial); probably did not push myself as much as possible - pace should have been better! Ran about 1 minute slower (pace wise) than when Gianni was pushing me.
GOAL for speedy short around the block is 9:00 mile
