COMMENTS: Repeat C25K, W4D2; ran in RAIN (part of time) after working outside in garden for 2 hours (!!); finishing at 27:37; walk 2:30; run 1:53. Had to stop 2x to tie shoes, dog chasing; running SLOW, tired; right achilles just a little twinge; need to repeat this week AGAIN!
