Seems SOOOOO hard to run sloooooow; Week 1, Day 4. "Distance" run/walk.
Gave me plenty of time to look at all the palm trees I'm interested in for the yard!
At the beginning, "running" only a few houses before heart rate over target;
around the golf course CC, kind of got in better/longer rhythm -- slowing down lots, plus walking slower for rests.
Have to remember that it has only been 6 days since I started this program - it is ONLY WEEK ONE!
