OK. This is more like RUNNING! Upped the HR monitor: 147 to 157, based on Sunday's track work.

(REST yesterday; really tired; HOT running on the track wore me out!)

Now I have to re-start working on my breathing again! Pace and stride seem better; uneven breathing, though.

It's just the first day -- really need to start working on increasing weekly miles.
