TORCH Run with the PD: First lap (1.31 @10:22/mile) over 17th Street Bridge; HARD
Pace VERY fast with SWAT at beginning (8:20/mile?).
Left me in the dust - had to jump in the SWAT van twice to catch up.
TOTAL run was 4 miles - I rode about .85. Time/Distance based on that.
