Notes
Dew point 62, near 100% humidity (but it didn't feel stuffy)
Avg HR - 69% of max
Run followed by chocolate milk, yoga stretching, 125 ab crunches, 25 clam shells per side, pigeon pose, military push-ups.
I did a few things differently. I ate a little bigger breakfast than I usually do before a long run, having not only a banana but also a cup of Greek yogurt and a cup of coffee. I also gave it a little more time to digest before starting. I took a S-cap before the run and one an hour during the run with each gel to guard against dehydration and excessive fatigue. When I came home, I took another S cap since I was soaked with sweat (even though I wasn't "beat").
