Followed by chocolate milk, yoga stretches including pigeon, massage of right outer thigh muscle, clam shells with tension band, 125 ab crunches
I thought the right IT band would give me more trouble this morning than it did. It's not 100% yet, but it is much better than early last week. I massaged it by hand last night, then massaged it again by hand this morning while doing pigeon. I'm actually amazed at how quickly it is improving.
