This run was a mess. The pace was quicker than usual, but my form and technique were very sloppy: Avg HR 81% of max, avg cadence 94. I wasn't trying for an easy run, and I wasn't pushing hard enough for a tempo run. The cadence shouldn't have been above 90 -- don't know what is happening there. Perhaps it is all because I saw after mile three I could finish below a 9 minute average pace, and went a little bonkers. Anyway, the mileage is in the bank for the week.
