Stage 1, Level 1 - 3 sets of front planks, 3 sets of side planks, leg lowering, metronomes, sit ups with twist, side leg raises, balance on knees on fit ball, balance drill on each foot. Video was followed by 125 ab crunches with the fit ball and 20 military push-ups.
