did a 3 mile tempo on the track after a 2 mile time trial that I ran with tyler, but used that 2 mile time trial as a warm up. Felt good, started at :90 second quarters and gradually picked it up from there. Felt great and was able to handle it just fine, wanted to move the legs some and I had the opportunity at the track but will be taking it easy and just doing 6 or 7 miles easy for the rest of the week with some biking in there too
