Notes
A reluctant race. it was sunny and cool, with really strong wind gust. I wasn't sure if I should run the race till this morning, nor what I should do even right before the race started. I ran the first mile at marathon pace and the Achilles felt fine. So I decided to just run as much as I could and jog the rest of the way if I had to. The Achilles didn't bother me at all the whole way. At some point I felt I could run harder but all-out effort for the second half. 8 second PR. Not great but OK. John got the first place in his AG, Landis and I got the 2nd in ours. Great day all in all.
