Notes

This was a 5k workout taken from Magill in the April of RTs. The first minute was just to get ready. Then it was suppose to be 5 times of 2 minutes at 5k pace, then 3 minutes jogging. Every interval I started too quickly. I also am not sure what my 5k pace/effort should feel like. I tried to hit around 8:15. It is incredible that I went the same distance/ave pace for each interval. But from the graph, i still started too quickly.

I used the adidas shoes to give them another try. I don't like them. They make my legs ache in weird places. They don't feel like they are giving support. My foot feels like it slaps down going from the outside to the inside.
