Bad day. the plan was to run 22 miles today. I was sore from the beginning. I think I trained too hard this week. I included some walking breaks, so good to see the average was still 10:30ish. Near the end my heart rate jumped to 170, i'm not sure why it was that high. Then when I came home I weighed 2.5 lbs less than my other lowest weight. Not good.
