I sort of pooped out at about 17.5 miles. I rested on a bench (time not counted) for about 3 minutes. But since I was still far from my car I had to run back. So I did it with running some, walking some. The reality-- I'm not going to be ready for my marathon. But i would prefer if the last 8 miles don't hvae to be a pain fest where I hate life.

Weight: in the morning I weighed 137.4 After I weighed 135 (after eating a banana, drink lots of water). Then after my shower I weighed 134.2.
