3 x 1 mile. with 2 minutes walking in between. I'm pretty happy with it. I didn't feel like it was too fast. Next time i will try to not walk, but do slow recovery run in between.

I just noticed i got a new max HR. I didn't think I was working that hard, but i did start running fast before i got in a full warmup.
