Notes
The plan here was the final tuneup for the 5k. But I'm really bad at pacing, plus the fact that I'm still not sure what a 5k effort or pace should be.
This is what i was suppose to do: 3x400 at 5k pace with 100 m in between
3x400 at 2-3 sec faster than 5k pace with 200 m in between.
3x400 at 4-6 sec faster than 5k pace with 400 m in between.
between each set i had an easy 400m
