My right foot had the numbness again. It started about 2/3 into the run, so I was done with the track and on the concrete. It didn't get super bad, but i did make a conscious effort to try to move my toes after that point.
Remember from today, I'm pretty sure my calves didn't feel overly tight today. A little, but not bad, not worse than normal. But then after i iced them, it is like they just locked up and have been tight the rest of the day. I've tried some very gentle stretching and some self massage.
