Notes
So this wasn't necessarily meant to be a tempo run. It was mostly to work in my racing flats, so to make it a little more realistic I went a little fast, but that's why it is so short for a tempo run. The shoes don't hurt that bad. Maybe on friday i'll try 1.5 miles.
Day after: my calves are sore. But i think not too bad. But that is good it was just a mile.
