It felt pretty good. It was suppose to be an easy run, but I kept going faster. Not that the faster was in the easy effort range, but it also wasn't in the stamina training, just my body wanted to go faster than usual. So since i still felt good near the end, I turned it into a super fast finish. that was a lot of fun.
