40 degrees, cold, wind, rain - also with our last duel meet victory yesterday, we ended up staying inside.
Did 10 striders (50-100m) inside, and then 3 sets of stairs (1st floor to 3rd floor, across 3rd floor H wing, down to firt floor, back across to beginning set of stairs, no break inbetween). Felt like a nice way to get the legs moving fast and the heart going. Wasn't a true workout though.
