HH @ CB East 27-30
Really close race today. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but some of our guys just had bad races. Forget managed to kick it in at the very end, passing two East guys, to give us the win.
I felt decent with how I ran. My speed legs didn't feel like they were there. Started a little slow, but during the 2nd mile I felt a lot better. Didn't really pass people as I went, more just had people drop off (Steve showed guts in trying to stay right with me, but he ultimately felt sick and dropped back). For most of the time I didn't have anyone close in front of me to work up to or with. At the end of the race, the guy in front of me was a good 100-200m, and at the kick I got passed by an East runner.
Last duel meet. Felt fairly good about how I did, I like that I'm still 8th man as well. Still working hard for it.
