Warm Up

Notes

Home meet vs. Penn Ridge - warm up before the mile (started after 1st heat of 100m hurdles). Golf course loop + a tiny extra to get it to 7:00. Feeling good, I felt aerobically warmed up (my speed legs weren't fully warmed up, but I'll get to them on striders and active warm up).

Used this time to concentrate on going fast, and meditating about how I wanted to run my races. Tried to get my mind into the zone of running fast and aggressive.

Weather was supposed to (or atleast was likely going to be) horrible today (rainy + some thunderstorms late). Luckily by around 12:00 it started to clear up and became sunny. Looks like more storms are on their way though.
