JV A race at Briarwood (Belmont Plateau).
Didn't do quite as well as I was hoping. Without a good premeet yesterday, my legs weren't quite ready for the first mile, especially with the uphill start. I worked my way up throughout the race, but not nearly as much as I would have liked. Quads were pretty tired by the end of the couple of hills.
8th on HHXC - Cahill is out, so today we only ran 6 in varsity and had both Connor Quinn and I in the JV race. He beat me by about 40-50 seconds, so that clears up that matter (at DeSales, his time was only about 2 seconds faster).
