Did 8x1 minute intervals this morning. They felt pretty good - shin felt good through most of them, but tightened up a bit on the last one so I stopped at 8 and cooled down. Time felt pretty consistent through each and the 1st and the 5th were dead on the same since it just happened that I was covering the 1.1 mile loop in exactly 8 minutes so I started the second loop right at the 5th interval and ran just about the same distance.
