Notes

Too cold to run outside, so did the following hill workout inside on treadmill.

12 minute warmup - at 7.4 mph and 1% grade

5 repeats of:

3 min at 2% grade

1 min at 3% grade

1 min at 4% grade

2 min at 1% grade

Finished up with 5 minute cool down at 0% grade adn then walked for one minute at 3.5mph/0% grade.
