Set out for sub 8min for the 1st 3 miles & then just make it home best I could. After the 3 mile rush I was forced to slow. after a while I noticed I was starting to move faster & I was still light on me feet so I went with this just to see how far It would last. In the end I just pushed the rest of the way home. The legs only started to fill heavy after stopping to cross the road at about the 5.8 mile point.
