set of looking for a fast time & a hard run. Run quite well over the 3 miles but can't stop the feet from slapping the ground at the end of each stride. Got to the 1st mile in 6:59. & turned after 10:37. turned & found I was now going into the breeze & the out run had been hard. Legs felt slow. Pushed on & was still inside 7:20 bleeps at mile 2. could now fill lungs pumping well but still had to push to get home inside the bleeps. Leg were tired & well pumped up at the end.
