run out was quite nice warm but had a blustery wind keeping me cool coming from behind most of the way. Only trouble I had was coming to a stop to cross the road (almost called it a rest). Wind pushed me to a turn of 10:33. after the turn the wind was nothing but a pain. Strong with gusts that was blowing the dust up into the eyes & sticking to the sweat. New shoes felt better. Big toe still a bit sore but ok really.
