Notes
legs felt like they were going to collapse on each stride but I was still running fast. Had a bit of trouble crossing the road but got a good first mile time. Wanted to push the 2nd mile but lorries & workings up on the sea wall sent me down around & back up again. this spoilt rhythm & brought on a big stitch. turned in a good time (10:36) but could of been better. (next time???) turned running slower, now into the wind. So managed to lose the stitch. & pushing again but back at the lorries. Almost at walking pace once back on top of seawall again. So got moving & found some rhythm then slowly tried to pick up the pace again for rest of the run.
