good sleep & far better conditions, had a good run, not giving 100% but started pushing once I had got going & had no effects from Mondays horror trip. Got to the turn in 10:40. turned & was blinded by the very bright sun witch was low in the sky & stayed like this all the way home. Took a long time to get going after the turn, had to keep squinting to make sure I was not running into anyone. This become a right pain by the end but just ducking under 22:00 made up for it.
