Hilly trail. Very bad to my back and knees. Should not run it again in near future.
Saturday after long run: Sleep 4 hours 11AM-3PM to recover. Wake up with pain spots on both knees. On the right knee, one pain spot is on right outside. Not able to walk on stairs freely.
Sunday:Update on 2nd day (Sunday ):
Majority knee pain is gone, 70% back pain is gone as well. Walked up and down stairs without much trouble. Will go for a recovery run. I am surprised by the speedy recovery.
