Notes
Apparel: dri fit shorts, 1000 mile tri socks, cotton tee
Pre run fuel: bowl of cereals and green tea.
Running fuel: handful of raisins, taut and various drinks from the water fountain.
Post run fuel: smoothie, toast x 2 and coffee.
Leg started to ache at mile 6, dug thumbs into muscle mass near the knee which seem to work. Had to do this again at mile 10/11. Noticed that bumpier ground seem to aggravate the situation more.
