Apparel: tight shorts, addidas shorts, blue baselayer, black dri fit tee.
Kit: backpack and f-pack
Fuel: water (smoothie 30 mins before run)
Shorts kept pinching me bits. Need to use some lube or ditch them. Lost a lot of momentum and rhythm because of this. Noticed that the Nike+ is a bit behind when it comes to tracking pace, possible a few seconds behind which means you need to make minor adjustments to speed slowly.
Hard to keep pace, although I'm trying to learn tricks like speed of hands moving etc.
