Apparel: dri fit shorts, cotton tee.
Pre-fuel: cereals and green tea
During: Two tauts, nackard bar, two dates w/ peacans
Post-fuel: banana, chicken cibata with fries and salad
Really good run, felt great up 15. Got a really sore side of knee pain at mile 19. Ran it off. Had no energy to run another 6, but then again no longer had fuel.
