Meals: Lunch @ 1pm: veggie pie with feta cheese and squash, apple crisps and selly pelly lemonade Post-fuel: Dinner @ 8pm : waitrose veggie microwave ready meal beetroot, squash, spinach, seeds and feta.
Aches/injuries: Left ITB
Notes: I felt super fast, garmin training centre managed to screw up the training sessions so it thought I was running 11-12 min mile pace when I shouldve been 9:10-9:15. Didn't know this at the time so I thought it would be 8:10-815! Felt great, should've run a 5K today would've got a PB.
