12 x Hip Hiker (each leg) - start w/ left foot on the ground, right on the step, lift foot to be straight with right. hold 5 seconds.

10 x VMO Dip - start with right foot on step, drop left heel to ground (don't let it rest), lift back up.

30 seconds Pillow Balance - One foot on the pillow balance
