Notes: Found it hard to run at required 11 min mile pace, however by the end I was struggling. I'd say about mile 8 it started to become tough. This could be that it was sunny. Was completely killed by end of the run. Dunno how I'm gonna do 15 next Sat let alone set a new PB for the Kingston 16.
