Very happy with this run. Given the course the conditions and how I've been running lately I was thinking that steady pace at Buccleuch (especially accounting for the hill) would be about 8:55 per mile. I don't feel I got carried away. I was pretty aerobic through out the run. I would have been able to talk until the last mile when I kicked it in a bit. I did catch a side stitch in the last 200 meters which stopped me from sprinting to the finish. But I was still able to pick up the pace a good amount.
