Last bit of quality running before Boston Marathon. Workout of 3x 1-mile @ T-pace (goal 6:15) and 1-mile @ MP (goal 6:40-6:45). One minute rest between miles.

Absolutely gorgeous morning. Clear and sunny 45F on the measured road course. I'm ready and hope to cruise in the 6:40-6:45 range for the race. We'll see.
