Tempo run without breaks consisting of 4x220, 3x440, 1x880, 2x440, and 1x220 at paces averaging about 7:00 or so with 220 recoveries between each. Relatively low humidity compared to, well, the entire summer so far. Morning pre-run weight consistently at or below 175 for a week.
