Flagstaff Road entry down 2.5M to Broadway then 5M climb to Mts. Jefferson/Pisgah trailhead then back to start.
Rocky and rooty but climbs and descents were not steep. Some pain on ball of left foot and under toes. No more rocks/roots until AT.
