1M warmup followed by 3 sets of 660-440-220 at approximately 5k/sub5k/1M paces where the dashes represent 220 floats at about marathon pace or slightly faster. 440 recoveries at about 10:00 mile pace and 1/2 mile cool down. Significant endorphin rushes during the second and third set 220's. Looking forward to getting HM to see how rate fluctuates. Still no Garmin.
